Leggings it is

I love winters in Atlanta minus the snow and ice. Winter in Atlanta is pretty much fair. Not too cold and not too hot.  You can wear comfortable clothes and the need to over dress during the winters is minimal.

I pulled out this mini dress. Yes, it is a dress. I could not wear it as a dress alone. My solution to a dress or skirt that is too short, is to wear leggings under it. It's a casual, fun and modern look that gives your outfit a lot more mileage.
