My Thrifting Adventure in New York City (Black Friday Thrifting)

My Thanksgiving Holiday was spent with my family in Brooklyn, NY.  Good times. I tell you my family always bring joy to my heart.. Never a dull moment. Good Haitian food, drinks, movies and black Friday shopping with the family.  This year, I took a different route.  I went black Friday thrifting.  I visited a few thrift, vintage and consignment shops while strolling the streets of East Village Manhattan but this one particular shop caught my attention immediately.  My heart started to beat fast because I was in thrift heaven.

No Relation Vintage is a gem in the East Village!

No Relation Vintage your first stop when looking for great vintage at excellent prices. I purchased some adorable vintage style dresses ranging from $8.00 to $10.00. (My kind of shopping).   Whether you’re treasure hunting for that one rare find or just browsing for something unique; you’re sure to find it here.

Location: 204 1st Ave, New York, NY 10009.
Directions: L Train to First Ave.
Telephone: 212-228-5201

Chilling in the City (14th Street/Union Square) 32 degree weather (Brr)

Thrifted wide-leg jeans from Goodwill Powder Springs

This is a cutie.. but too small for me.  (Crying on the inside)

If the store has sequins, I'm in there!

Large selection of shoes and boots...

The added plus to this location is that they have a great selection of Men's clothing too.

I really enjoyed this store and will return again.  It's ideal for design trendsetters on a meager budget, this supersized East Village space carries a wide selection of men’s button-down shirts, wacky graphic tees, men’s and women’s shoes (everything from designer labels to unknown brands), and men’s jackets at dime-store prices. Expect to find styles that hit various niche tastes, like simple 1980s office clothes and outlandish ’70s cowboy boots

The world is soo big but yet soo small. I bumped into one of my instagram followers while hitting the streets of NYC.  It was a pleasure to meet the person behind the screen name.  We gave eachother a big hug! Love my instafam.

I can't wait to show you how I rock my finds.  Stay tuned!
