Funky Flair Summer Jumpsuit

Jumpsuit comfort from Funky Flair Boutique.  I like to be and feel comfortable in my clothes.  I couldn't decide on whether or not to wear this jumpsuit with or without a belt.  The majority of my Instagram and Facebook family said go with the belt.  I love to show my curves.  I love every inch of my curves and I totally do embrace them but this particular evening, I wanted comfort.  I went without the belt.  Besides, I think the jumpsuit has more of a fashionable different look without the belt.  It looks more high fashion and unexpected.  I had a blast dancing and celebrating in my jumpsuit. The compliments I received let me know there will be a sweet repeat! 

Vintage and Thrift: The Little Denim Dress (LDD)

You're familiar with LBD (Little Black Dress) and LWD (Little White Dress)?    An  LBD and LWD are staple pieces for a woman to have in her closet.  Now its time to add the LDD (Little Denim Dress).   The little denim dress is laid back, fun, casual and sexy.  I was in the mood for denim and a dress. Shopped my closet and found this beauty. This denim vintage dress was purchased from Savvy of All Things Savvy over two years ago.  This is a sweat repeat and one of my favorites.

Vintage and Thrift: Mini Bar II Dress, Gladiator Sandals and Merona for Target Travel Bag

Happy Friday! I love Friday because it leads to the weekend. Woo-Hoo!  

 

Another thrifted dress in my closet. I found this Bar II (Macy's Brand) Dress at Smyrna Thrift Store.  It's fun comfortable and flirty.  I love comfortable fashion.  It's an easy breezy look and gives off slimplicity. If its simple, classy and fun, It's for me!

 

I enjoy a great gift too. My good friend gifted me this Merona for Target bag.  It's huge comfortable and a great carry on.  I travel often so this gift is perfect for me.  My friends know me well.

 

Gladiator sandals were purchased from JustFab shoes online last summer.  I was actually looking for a black pair.  The black in my size were out of stock.  I ended with the brown/natural tone.  I'm glad I went with the color. It works out perfectly with majority of my wardrobe.

Vintage Sweater Dress

Wearing a dress always make me feel even more like a lady.  When the cold weather is in, it calls for a sweater dress. I've been a fan of sweater dresses for years.  I came across this fantastic vintage Toni Todd sweater dress at Diva Diva Boutique in Alpharetta, Georgia.  I tell you, this dress spoke to me the moment I saw it. The pop of green just screamed at me!   

I thrifted this oversize multicolor clutch while visiting Detroit.  Resale therapy in  a different state is always fun! Thank goodness for a supportive husband that has to sit through my thrifting ventures when we travel.

I'm a sucker for a good blazer.  I finally gave Last Chance Thrift Store a second chance and finally scored something.  This blazer was just too cute for me to leave behind.  I've heard so many good thrifting stories about Last Chance but I've always seemed to hit a dead end.
