Well Hello Fall! My favorite season is back.  Started the fall with a little fall inspired dress.  Orange/Burnt Orange colored vintage dress I scored from Savvy Thriftique, a mobile resale shopping boutique in Atlanta, Georgia.

Faviana fashion goal is to always make you feel beautiful and I must say just watching the models walk the runway wearing a Faviana dress made me feel beautiful.  I had a great Sunday afternoon at the Blogger Brunch and Bubbles by Faviana held in Atlanta at Americas Mart Building.  Awesome show, fabulous people and a room full of dresses! You can be sure to find the right dress for any occasion with Faviana, you'll always look and feel your best.

Sip and Shop for a Cause with Kamileon's Kloset

I had the pleasure of supporting Kamileon's Kloset Sip and Shop this past Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Cumberland Community Church in Smyrna, Georgia. I alway support events that's designed for  a cause. Kamileon’s Kloset is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to transform lives by promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged men and women seeking employment.

I decided to spice up the mood with this colorful Liz Claiborne sport dress.  Liz Caiborne is actually one of my favorite brands to thrift.  The quality of the material and fit is always perfect on me.

Wendy's RECAP Passport To Paris Fashion Show

June 6, 2015 was a blast.  I had a wonderful time sharing my passion for fashion, vintage and dresses!   Myself as the founder of 365 Dresses, Cindy of Priiincess Clothing and Juliana of Eva Paul Clothing Company put together a fashion show "Passport To Paris".  A vision discussed over a Sunday brunch became a reality. Polka Dots and Stripes.  I usually stay away from stripes.  I'm a curvy girl and I feel the pattern adds an extra pound or two on me or it may just be showing the truth.  LOL  (I need to face it).  I'm always a fan of polka dots. It's a funky 70's to 80's pop.  Polka dots are simple and elegant and also trendy this Spring. See how I rocked my thrifted stripes and polka dots.

EVENT ALERT: Runway Casting Call: March 28, 2015

Come join the fun on March 28, 2015 if you're interested in rocking the runway for our June 6, 2015 "Passport To Paris" Fashion Show presented by Cindy LaFalaise Shopper and Stylist of Priiincess Clothing, Juliana Nelson of Eva Paul Clothing and myself, Wendy Derilus, Fashion Blogger and Founder of 365Dresses. 

We are looking for outgoing male and female models. Models must be 18 years of age or older. All females should be in heels and prepared to walk during the audition. No experience is necessary, training will be provided by our runway specialist, Juliana Nelson.  Come ready to impress. There will be a photographer onsite to taking quick headshots.  

We look forward to seeing you. Please share with your friends you feel that qualify.

Vintage and Thrift: Vintage Green by TChoup Vintage

March is women's history month.  The joy of being a woman.  I love looking and feeling like a lady, especially in vintage dresses.   I hosted the Operation Prom Atlanta dress giveaway this weekend and wore this vintage mint green dress from TChoup Vintage.

I've known Lesly owner of TChoup Vintage for two years now and it's always a pleasure to go through her racks of vintage goodies.  I bump into her at almost every vintage pop up shop events.  If you see her logo (see below), stop by and say hello!

I had a great time visiting and experiencing some resale therapy in California but resale therapy in a different state is always interesting and also a great learning experience. I appreciate Ayana, the ThriftingDiva for making sure our visit was welcoming and fun.  My favorites were the vintage boutiques. Ayana took us to the most amazing restaurants. This salmon and potato dish from Hash House A Go Go was delish!

San Diego appears to be big on clean eating. I would definitely live there with a smile.  I enjoyed Plumeria, as well. Great selections for vegans and vegetarian

I wish I took more photos while visiting It's a Wrap.  It was an interesting store to visit.  The prices were pretty high but the thrill of finding a piece that was once worn by an actor/actress in movie or TV show is amazing.  My finds were from the View.  They were actually marked down. I spent a total of $9.00 in this store.  I was lucky!

Vintage and Thrift: Dolman Sleeve Sweater Dress and 2Queens Vintage Necklace

It's a new week, another chance to get it right and of course, more day to day opportunity to enjoy life in the thrift and vintage world.  Diana Ross is the queen of dolman sleeves. I first fell in love with dolman sleeves after seeing her grace stages and seeing the many photos of her in dolman sleeves dresses.  I scored this sweater dress at Smyrna Thrift Store for $3.95.  

I added some drama with this neck piece from 2Queens Vintage in Atlanta
